All communications by email regarding projects act as a contract.  The approval given to move ahead with said projects representing an electronic signature. 

 

With all projects, you will receive electronic proofs with watermarks to approve prior to printing. It is important that you review everything carefully and check for any errors, misspellings or miscommunications with the project. Your written/typed approval noting that you are "Ready for Print", or similar statement, provides confirmation of your full allowance to proceed to print or electronic publication as well as agreeing to your payment for the project(s) at hand. 

 

Payment is due at time of order approval unless otherwise agreed to through written communication.  Any balances owed are due at time of receiving goods.  Any edits or revisions found after production are the full responsibility and ownership of the client at this point.  If reprints are necessary, this will be charged accordingly as a full job reprint with the addition of the necessary design time fee.  So PLEASE review your proofs carefully.

 

Confirmation of order placements by emails, along with this notation, acts as a contract of agreement releasing Tracey Diamond Designs from any responsibility or connection to error.

 

Colors produced in printing may vary slightly from the representation from your monitor as well as type of press being used.  While physical proofs can be provided at an additional cost, please be aware that every press produces differently which can contribute to color shifting.  If you require specific Pantone colors, it will be an additional cost and may increase production time. Raw or working files will not be provided.  Content Creation involves design time not file transfer or ownership.

Tracey Diamond Designs is hired to design and/or print from the branding & marketing decisions made outside of this company.  Tracey Diamond Designs is not responsible for situations where company goals are not reached.

 

All projects (artwork, imagery, and writings, etc) provided by Tracey Diamond Designs, including all displayed on www.traceydiamonddesigns.com and other media platforms, may not be printed or reproduced in any format without written permission of the above mentioned artist and company and in the scope of the project at hand.
